Due to Bootsie being a smaller Toy Chihuahua, her puppies were the smallest sized puppies that we have ever bred here at 'Demetris Demi Chihuahuas'. Although she was a 'free whelper', one female puppy named Jana, who was twice the size of her siblings, needed a little assistance in making her entrance in to the 'World of Chihuahuas'. Bootsie's puppies were 'RESERVED' within three to ten days of being born, with one going to a repeat customer in CT. Marion e-mailed photographs to each client every week to show them their new baby's development. A few clients drove six hours round-trip each weekend to visit their 'new' baby and were so happy when the day finally arrived, after eight weeks, when they could take their new 'baby' home.
